On this project the customer was having leaks every time it rained to due poor installation of a flat roof underneath her decking. We removed and disposed of existing decking, removed and put aside glass railings surrounding, removed and disposed of the existing flat roof and plywood, installed new OSB boards and a new fibreglass flat roof system, reinstalled all glass railings surrounding flat roof and installed all new composite decking to all flat roof.
