A previous roofer installed all cladding surrounding dormer upside down which was causing water ingress every time it rained. We removed and disposed of all rotten timber cladding, plywood, insulation and installed new PIR insulation boards, marine plywood, breathable membrane and finished it off in a lovely uPVC rosewood wood grain cladding. The customer was so happy he decided to do the dormer on the front pitched roof also.
