John was great, really good job of replacing my flat roof extension - no delays, and everything was cleaned up promptly and taken away.
John and his team completed a roof repair to stop a leak for me recently and were excellent in every way. John was swift to respond to my query over the weekend and attended with a drone on the Monday. He was knowledgeable, open and transparent as to issues and provided a few options as to how to move forward. His quote was reasonable for the work suggested given the state of our roof. They managed to fit me in that week. The crew that attended were professional and friendly. They completed the job with minimal fuss and cleaned up well after. I am very grateful I found such a great company and won’t hesitate to conte t them again if needed.
Recently we've had our first experience of First Rate Roofers Ltd. and without hesitation can testify that their company name is richly deserved.Armed with a drone, their very personable owner, John, clearly demonstrated the cause of our persistent dampness: narrow roof 'valleys' trapping water. We opted for a total roof replacement, and have absolutely no regrets. Both the roofers and scaffolders were punctual, polite, experienced, efficient and highly skilful. The whole job was completed to a high standard at a competitive price within a matter of days.Margarita & Éamonn Barnet

John and his team restored our faith in roofers. He answered all our questions and kept us updated on progress. They were reliable- coming when they said they would and completing the job within the set timeframe. The work was expensive but we felt it was worth it for the quality and the job came with a 15 year guarantee.
